Ingredients:
- 180ml Greek yoghurt
- 40g mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
- 40g seeds, nuts or a high-fibre and high-protein cereal
Directions:
- Scoop Greek yoghurt into a bowl
- Sprinkle with your choice of garnish and enjoy!
